1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of kingsinghaustralia.com and purchases made from King Singh Australia.

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, images, prices, measurements and availability accurate. Colours and product appearance may vary between screens and devices. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may correct genuine errors and update website content, subject to applicable law.

Payments are processed through the payment providers displayed at checkout and may also be subject to their applicable terms.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility requirements and exclusions. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, must be applied before checkout, cannot be added retrospectively and are available while stocks last.

Processing times, shipping charges and estimated delivery periods are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will assist with parcels that are delayed, lost or damaged and comply with our obligations under applicable law.
