At King Singh Australia, we pride ourselves on delivering premium-quality garments crafted with precision and care. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size
  • Change of mind
  • Received the wrong item
  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging attached
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Free from marks, deodorant stains, fragrances, or wear

Unfortunately, we cannot accept:

  • Items showing signs of wear
  • Sale items (unless faulty)
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was received.
  • If exchanging, we will ship the replacement item back to you at no extra cost (Australia only).

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist immediately.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
