RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size
- Change of mind
- Received the wrong item
- Manufacturing defect
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Free from marks, deodorant stains, fragrances, or wear
Unfortunately, we cannot accept:
- Items showing signs of wear
- Sale items (unless faulty)
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

- Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was received.
- If exchanging, we will ship the replacement item back to you at no extra cost (Australia only).
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist immediately.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
